What You Can Do

What you can do is determined by your user role when you log in. When you are logged in as an ClosedAuthorizing Official (AO) An external user for a covered entity or manufacturer who is able to attest to any changes to an entity. or Primary Contact (ClosedPC External user who is designated as a Primary Contact for an entity. This user can enter registrations and update entity information. This user can enter registrations, and update entity information. Any changes to an entity performed by the PC user must be attested to by the AO for that entity.) for a ClosedCovered Entity (CE) Section 340B(a)(4) of the Public Health Service Act specifies which covered entities are eligible to participate in the 340B Drug Program. These include qualifying hospitals, Federal grantees from HRSA, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Population Affairs, and the Indian Health Service. Covered entities include six categories of hospitals and 11 categories of non-hospitals., you will see:

Select the My Dashboard icon from the home page or select My Dashboard in the main menu.

Search

Use a variety of search criteria to search for covered entities, contract pharmacies, and manufacturers.

View Search Results

View a table of results that match your search criteria. Search results data tables can be sorted and filtered as desired.

Select an individual covered entity, contract pharmacy, or manufacturer to view its detailed information.

Export Search Results to Microsoft Excel

Select one or more records from the search results and specify individual fields to export to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Download and view standard 340B OPAIS reports, including:

  • Medicaid Exclusion Files
  • Contract Pharmacy Carve-Ins
  • Daily Reports:
    • Covered Entities
    • Contract Pharmacies
    • Manufacturers
Access my ADR Petitions

Select the ADR Petitions from the top menu.

Register, Edit, Terminate, and Reinstate Covered Entities

The AO and PC for an entity can perform the following:

  • registrations
  • terminations
  • change requests
  • Contract Pharmacy registrations
  • upload supporting cost report documentation.

The AO for an entity will be required to review and attest as the final step of creating, changing, terminating, or reinstating Covered Entity registrations submitted by the associated PC.

Register and Terminate Contract Pharmacies

The AO and PC for an entity can perform the following:

  • add Contract Pharmacies
  • terminate Contract Pharmacies

The AO for an entity will be required to review and attest all adding or terminating of Contract Pharmacies.

Adding or terminating Contract Pharmacies are automatically approved by the 340B system when the AO attests to them.

Respond to ClosedRecertification 340B covered entities must annually recertify their eligibility to remain in the 340B Program and continue purchasing covered outpatient drugs at discounted 340B prices. As part of this process, the Authorizing Official of each 340B covered entity certifies basic information about the entity and its 340B compliance. Covered entities with inaccurate information in the 340B OPAIS run a high risk of being removed from the program. Requests

The AO and the PC for an entity are able to complete the annual recertification from the My Tasks tab of their My Dashboard. Recertifications submitted by the PC must be attested to by the AO for submission to OPA.

Maintain Your Personal Profile Information

From the drop-down menu associated with your user name, you can select Edit Profile to maintain the contact information associated with your user account.

Attest to Submissions (AO only)

The AO's attestation to Covered Entity registrations, change requests, and terminations created by delegated PCs is the final step of submitting them to OPA for processing.
