My Active/Approved Entities

The My Active/Approved tab of My Dashboard lists the Covered Entities to which the user is associated that are:

• Currently Active Covered Entities
• Covered Entities that have been approved by OPA and will be becoming Active
• Covered Entities that are To Be Terminated

This table can be sorted and filtered to make the data displayed more manageable. For more information, refer to Data Tables.

The data in the 340B ID and Name columns are hyperlinks to the associated Covered Entity Detail Page. Click on the link to open the detail page.
