Outpatient Medicaid Billing
Answer whether Medicaid will be billed for 340B purchased drugs (defaults to No). Selecting Yes expands the Medicaid Billing section for entry of at least one State and associated billing number.
Adding a Medicaid Provider Number or NPI Number

Editing or Deleting a Medicaid Provider Number and/or NPI Number
Selecting the Edit/Delete hyperlink, opens the associated State, Medicaid Number(s) and/or NPI Number(s) in a pop-up and makes the fields editable.
