Account Lockout

User accounts are locked for 15 minutes after three consecutive failed login attempts. Entering an incorrect password is considered to be a failed login attempt. Submitting an incorrect authentication code is also considered to be a failed login attempt.

OPAIS will lock the user account after three consecutive failed login attempts regardless of the amount of time between the failed login attempts.

The system will send an Account Locked Out email advising you to wait for 15 minutes before attempting to log in.
