Legacy Reports

The Legacy Covered Entity Daily Report will no longer be available after March 30, 2024. Please refer to Daily Reports

Previously, there were two versions of the Excel Covered Entity Daily Report. The “Legacy” version is the report that had been available for many years. This report has been removed March 30, 2024. The new version of the Covered Entity Daily Report is in the Daily Reports section. The new version contains the same data that is in the Legacy version but in a much smaller file that is easier for the end user to work with. The file is smaller because it does not have the duplication of data that the Legacy version has. Click on Covered Entity Daily Report in the Legacy Report section to download an Excel spreadsheet containing most of the covered entity and contract pharmacy fields in OPAIS that public users of OPAIS are allowed to see. The report includes all active and inactive covered entities in 340B OPAIS The 340B Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System (OPAIS) is a collection of information submitted by covered entities, contract pharmacies, and manufacturers maintained and verified by HRSA's Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA).. Inactive covered entities are covered entities with a future start date or that are terminated.

When you click the link for a daily report, a dialog box asks whether you want to open the file or save it to your computer. If you elect to open the file, it will be displayed in Microsoft Excel.
